Clean, nice staff, close to the metro and rer, no noise at night so very comfortable

The breakfast could use of more diversity in the foods and the juices were not freshly pressed, also the breakfast ending at 10am is kind of early depending on the type of stay.When booking online I was not informed that the hotel was going to take 100€ pre-authorization in my card for the deposit, which took me by surprise.

Great location close to the station and airport, spacious room.

Unfortunately, the water drain in the shower zone was probably a bit clogged and water went really slowly leading to a water pool in the shower zone at the end of showering. It wasn't cleared out during room cleaning...Breakfast could be a bit better, also scrambled eggs were absolutely tasteless... Some pies didn't look fresh.

we needed to get to the TGV early in the morning and the location was perfect. had a great night sleep for a very reasonble price.

Very nice rooms, clean and modern.

Breakfast offered a fair variety but the quality of the servings was far below expectations: quality of pastries, bread, bacon, scrambled eggs was very low.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. From our check in , to later check in to early morning (we left as the breakfast was just opening, the front desk gave me a bag to get pastries and juice to take to the airport. I would recommend highly

I stayed here before and it's a nice and clean hotel. They have a small shop, it's easy to reach. Parking around the corner. Just great for a few days if you don't want to stay in the city centre of Paris.

The hotel was cold. It was a very cold evening & my room was really cold when I got in. It took a while for it to warm up with the temp control. The restaurant was very cold when I went down for dinner.

The elevator didn't work a couple of times. All staff never smiling.

Nice hotel located right next to the Massy train station. The hotel is quite modern and my room (#420) was very quiet and well-equipped (nice desk with chair and a little table). There is a small gym too (would need more weights). The breakfast was rather standard.

When I was welcomed at the reception I was asked for a credit card.It was stated that this is absolutely needed.Eventually it was not and I could pay with a regular debit.No need to make such a fuss.

Very good premises with some deficiences in the room ergonomy, poor food quality

Breakfast looks like you have a choice but the taste/quality is not good. Compared to other hotels in the same range cheeses are poor quality, so is the ham and eggs, bread, yogurt.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Paris Massy. The location is excellent—right across from the TGV station and just steps from the station of RER-B and RER-C, making it incredibly convenient to reach central Paris. The surrounding area feels safe, and with plenty of nearby restaurants, finding a good meal is never a concern. The ease of transportation and convenience truly stood out, making this hotel an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I found the bed to be a bit too soft for my liking, which affected my comfort during the stay.
